Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical procedures.
Results: 67% and 59% of the respondents confirmed leadership commitment and total quality management structure respectively. Consumer orientation, employee participation, communication, manpower development, organizational culture, and teamwork (as viewed by supervisors) were implemented at levels of63%, 56%, 61%, 58% and 53%, 56% levels respectively.
