fa تاثیر کیفیت مراقبت های مادران و کودکان در مرگ کودکان زیر یکسال شهرستان بجنورد توصیفی Descriptive هدف از این مطالعه شناخت تاثیر کیفیت مراقبت های مادران در دوران بارداری و شیرخواران، در مرگ کودکان زیر یکسال در شهرستان بجنورد و ارایه راهکارهایی مناسب جهت بالا بردن کیفیت مراقبت ها و در نهایت کاهش مرگ شیرخواران بود. مطالعه به صورت مورد شاهدی (Case-control) در کودکان زیر یک سالی که از سه سال قبل از مطالعه ساکن بجنورد بودند انجام گرفت. مجموعا 150 کودک زیر یکسال در طی سال 1379 (79/1/1 تا 80/1/1) در منطقه فوت نمودند که به عنوان مورد و در مقابل 450 کودک به عنوان شاهد انتخاب شدند. داده ها نیز از طریق پرسشنامه، مصاحبه با والدین، مراجعه به پرونده های بهداشتی مراکز بهداشتی-درمانی، اطلاعات موجود در ادارات ثبت احوال شهرستان، زایشگاه و تسهیلات زایمانی جمع آوری گردید. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که در مورد کیفیت مراقبت دوران بارداری نه تنها هر کدام از فاکتورها (جدول شماره 3) به تنهایی بلکه مجموع فاکتورهای خدماتی به طور معنی دار در کل شهرستان با مرگ کودکان ارتباط داشتند (P=0.000). از طرف دیگر در مورد کیفیت مراقبت از شیرخواران، هر یک از خدمات به تنهایی و نیز در مجموع ارتباط معنی داری با مرگ شیرخوار در سال اول تولد داشتند (P=0.0001). با توجه به مطالب ذکر شده می توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که وجود این مشکل ضرورت پایش خدمات و ارزشیابی آن را در منطقه ایجاب می کند. <div style="text-align: justify;">Objective(s): To study the impact mother and child care; quality delivered during pregnancy and infancy, on the infant mortality in Bojnourd City, (North East of Iran), and to suggest appropriate strategies for improving the quality of care in order to reduce infant mortality.<br> Material & Methods: This was a case- control study. The study population were infants whose parents were resident of Bojnourd for at least three continuos years.&nbsp; The cases were 150 infants who had passed away during the year 2000 (From 21 March 2000 to 20 March 2001).&nbsp; Controls were 450 infants selected from the rest of the study population. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews with parents, extracted of medical records in health centers, birth and death certificates and delivery facilities.
