نقش همیاران پلیس در میزان تخلفات و سوانح ترافیکی کشور
The role of pupil liaisons’ on traffic penalties and road traffic injuries

<span id="ShowArticle1_lblSummary">طرح همیار پلیس به عنوان یکی از راهکارهای عملی آموزش مقرارت راهنمایی و رانندگی به کودکان در سال 1386 با همکاری پلیس راهور و مدیران مدارس و دانش آموزان به اجرا درآمد و اثر این مداخله در سال1387 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در یک مطالعه کارآزمایی قبل و بعد، نمونهها به روش خوشهای چند مرحلهای انتخاب و سپس اطلاعات توسط افراد آموزش دیده پس از یک سال مداخله انتخاب و در دو گروه خانواده دارای رانندگان متخلف/دارای تصادف ثبت شده در شش ماه گذشته با گروه مقابل از نظر همراهی و تذکر همیار پلیس در شش منطقه آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نمونههای مورد بررسی، 2800 دانش آموز 8 تا 15 ساله شش منطقه آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران بودند و میانگین و میانه سنی آنها 11 سال بود. 7/47 درصد از همیاران پسر و بقیه دختر بودند. سه تخلف عمدهای که بیشتر توسط همیاران پلیس تذکر داده میشد، درباره نبستن کمربند ایمنی (39.1 درصد)، صحبت کردن با تلفن همراه (31.8 درصد) و سرعت غیرمجاز (29.8 درصد) بود. در سال قبل از آموزش و آغاز به کار همیاران پلیس، به طور کلی 2789 فقره تخلف ثبت شده توسط پلیس راهور ناجا در مورد خودرو خانوارهای مورد مطالعه ثبت شده بود که این رقم در سال بعد از آموزش به 2290 مورد (17.9 درصد) کاهش یافته بود (0.001>P). بیشترین موارد کاهش تخلف مربوط به خوردن و آشامیدن هنگام رانندگی (با 92.7 درصد) بود. پس از اجرای طرح همیار پلیس تا 17.9 درصد کاهش در میزان تخلفات مشاهده شد. بیشترین موارد کاهش تخلف مربوط به خوردن و آشامیدن هنگام رانندگی بود. در تمامی موارد 9 گانه آموزش داده شده به استثنای صحبت با تلفن همراه هنگام رانندگی که موارد تخلف در بعد از طرح افزایش داشت، در بقیه موارد، کاهش مشاهده شد.</span>

Objective(s): To determine the role of pupil liaisons’ education on social discipline promotion and road traffic injury prevention.<br>
Methods: This was a before-after interventional study on 2800 pupils randomly selected from 6 different districts of Tehran, Iran. The pupils were taught about common driving offences and were asked to note and prevent offences if their parents performed offences. Data were collected by a questionnaire for childern’s performances and other demographic information.<br>
Results: Subjects were pupils 8-15 years. The mean age of participants was 11 years. Overall, 47.7 percent of pupils were boys. Non use of seat belt (39.1%), speaking with mobile while driving (31.8%) and speeding (29.8%) were major offences as noted by pupils’ liaisons. Recorded offences by traffic police before the intervention for thease families was 2789 cases. A significant differences with 17.9 percent reduction in offences were observed after intervention (2290 cases, P<0.001). The most offences reduction were eating and drinking during driving (92.7%).<br>
Conclusion: Pupil liaisons’ program was effective on reduction of driving offences. The most reduction was eating or drinking during driving. All 9 common offences which were monitored by pupil liaisons’ were effective on reduction of offences except for mobile speaking while driving.
