fa روان سنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سنجش دانش و آگاهی پیرامون حقایق دوران سالمندی (FAQI) توصیفی Descriptive پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌اي روش شناختي است كه با هدف تعيين ويژگي‌هاي روان سنجي نسخه فارسي پرسشنامه سنجش دانش و آگاهي پيرامون حقايق دوران سالمندي FAQI انجام شده و طي آن ويژگي‌هاي پرسشنامه مورد نظر با بهره گيري از روش‌هاي تعيين روائي صوري، روائي محتوايي، روائي سازه‌اي، همساني دروني و ثبات مورد بررسي قرارگرفته است.<br>280 پرستار شاغل در پنج بيمارستان منتخب آموزشي شهر تهران انتخاب و در مطالعه شرکت کردند. پس از بررسي روايي صوري و محتوايي 25 گويه پرسشنامه، نتايج روش تحليل مقايسه‌اي گروه‌هاي شناخته شده در پارامترهاي سنوات كاري و تجربه مراقبت از سالمند در خانواده نمايانگر تفاوت قابل ملاحظه بين گروه‌ها بود. <br>محاسبه ضريب آلفاي کرونباخ (0.81) مؤيد همساني دروني بالاي پرسشنامه و نيز همبستگي 0.98 نشان دهنده پايايي مطلوب پرسشنامه در روش آزمون مجدد بود. با توجه به نمره گذاري ساده، پايايي و روايي مناسب، امكان تکميل در زمان كوتاه و قابليت بکارگيري در موقعيت‌هاي مختلف توسط ارائه دهندگان خدمات بهداشتي، از جمله پرستاران، مي‌توان اين پرسشنامه را ابزاري مناسب جهت بررسي سنجش ميزان آگاهي و تأثير آموزش در خصوص پديده سالمندي به شمار آورد.</span> <br>Objective: To determine the psychometric properties of an Iranian version of the Palmore's Questionnaire called Facts on Aging Quiz (FAQI).<br>Methods: The psychometric properties including face validity, content validity, construct validity, internal consistency, and test- retest reliability were measured in 280 nurses who were working in the emergency, medical, and surgical wards of 5 randomly selected general hospitals associated with medical schools in Tehran.<br>Results: The results of known groups' comparisons showed that this questionnaire could successfully discriminate between subgroups of nurses with different prior work experiences with the elderly and/ or had the experience of living with older people in the family. The internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha) was 0.81. Test-retest reliability (ICC) of the questionnaire with interval time of two weeks was 0.98(P<0.001).<br>Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, the Farsi-version of FAQ 1 is a valid and reliable instrument for measuring nurses’ knowledge about older people.
