fa نیازهای سلامت دختران نوجوان: تبیین نقش و اهمیت خانواده توصیفی Descriptive تأمين سلامت نوجوانان، زيربناي اهداف توسعه ملي و توجه به نوجوانان و نيازهاي منحصر به فرد آنان از اهداف خدمات بهداشت باروري بوده و شناسايي اين نيازها، گامي ضروري براي برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي هدفمند و تخصيص متناسب منابع و امکانات با توجه به اولويت‌ها است. اين مطالعه کيفي، بخشي از يک پژوهش گسترده در زمينه نيازهاي سلامت دختران نوجوان است. در اين تحقيق67 دختر نوجوان 19-12ساله با شرکت در 8 گروه بحث متمرکز 10-6 نفره و 11 فرد کليدي آگاه با حضور در مصاحبه‌هاي نيمه‌ ساختاريافته، تجارب خود را پيرامون نيازهاي سلامت دختران نوجوان بيان نمودند. نمونه‌گيري مبتني بر هدف و با حداکثر تنوع از بين افراد ساکن در استان مازندران صورت گرفت. پس از جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، تحليل داده‌ها از طريق روش تحليل درون مايه‌اي انجام شد.<br>پس از غوطه‌وري و تحليل داده‌ها، در نهايت 4 درون مايه اصلي و 9 درون مايه فرعي با محوريت تبيين نقش خانواده در نيازهاي سلامت نوجوان، تدوين گرديد. يافته‌هاي اين مطالعه حول محور خانواده به عنوان يکي از نيازهاي سلامت اجتماعي نوجوانان، مؤيد 4 درون‌مايه اصلي نياز به حمايت عاطفي خانواده، نياز به والدين مسئول، نياز به والدين آگاه و نياز به آزادي با نظارت خانواده بود.<br>عليرغم اهميت نقش حياتي خانواده در سلامت نوجوان، ضعف در ارتباطات عاطفي مناسب بين والدين و فرزندان مشهود است. آموزش خانواده‌ها بر اساس نيازها و خصوصيات دوران نوجواني مي‌تواند کمک مؤثري به بازگشايي اين حلقه مفقوده بنمايد. <br><br></span> <br>Objective(s): Adolescents health needs are unique. An understanding of these needs will assist in the development of services, risk-reduction strategies and preventive health activities.<br>Methods: This qualitative study was a part of a mixed method study about female adolescents health needs and conducted in Mazandaran province, a province in the north of Iran.67 female adolescents between 12-19 years of age participated in 8 focus group discussion. Inaddittion, semi structured interviews were done with 11 key informants including: 5 parents, 3 teachers and school counselors, 2 obstetricians and one midwife. Participants were selected based on purposeful sampling and with maximum variety.
