fa الگویی برای مدیریت مؤثر انجمن‌های علمی تخصصی علوم پزشکی توصیفی Descriptive در بررسي متون انجمن‌هاي علمي به عنوان «بنيان‌هاي جامعه مدني» ناميده شده‌اند و رابط تخصصي و پلي بين دولت و مردم محسوب شده و به عنوان ناظر بي‌طرف و امين نقش ايفا مي‌کنند. در اين مطالعه توصيفي پس از بررسي متون علمي و تشكيل جلسات بحث گروهي متمرکز با رؤساي چند انجمن علمي منتخب در شوراي مشورتي كميسيون انجمن‌هاي علمي، 5 حيطه کارکردي و 48 عامل موفقيت انجمن‌ها در قالب يك الگوي مفهومي پيش‌نويس شد. براي تكميل عوامل موفقيت و اولويت‌بندي آنها پرسشنامه‌اي با سؤالات باز و سؤالات بسته با طيف ليكرت تدوين شده و از كليه انجمن‌هاي علمي نظرخواهي شده و نتايج تحليل شد. <br>بر اساس الگوي مفهومي مديريت مؤثر انجمن‌هاي علمي از ميان پنج حيطه كاركردي انجمن‌ها، از نظر پاسخ‌دهندگان دو حيطه ارتباط با حاكميت و فعاليت‌هاي شبكه‌اي (ملي و بين‌المللي) بيشترين تأثير در موفقيت يك انجمن علمي دارد. همچنين داشتن «هيأت مديره مؤثر» با ويژگي‌هاي علاقه‌مندي و انگيزه، تعهد، قدرت نفوذ، صرف وقت براي انجمن، ارتباط مؤثر با اعضا و داشتن روحيه كار جمعي مهم‌ترين عامل موفقيت يك انجمن است. عوامل ديگر به‌‌ترتيب اهميت عبارت است از: داشتن منابع مالي، برنامه، مكان مناسب، انتشارات، آموزش، فعاليت‌هاي علمي و جذب نيرو و همكاري با ارگان‌ها. هر يك از انجمن‌ها تجربيات قابل توجهي در 5 حيطه كاركردي داشته‌اند كه برجسته‌ترين و بيشترين تجربيات در«حيطه متخصصين» بوده‌ است. ايجاد حساسيت در انجمن‌هاي علمي نسبت به انتخاب هيأت مديره توانمند اولين قدم در موفقيت يك انجمن علمي محسوب مي‌شود. كمي تجربيات قابل طرح در زمينه ارتباط انجمن‌ها با مردم ضرورت آموزش بيش از پيش انجمن‌ها در زمينه ايفاي نقش در حيطه مردم را متذكر مي‌شود؛ چراكه انجمن‌هاي علمي به عنوان معتمد مردم در بيان الزامات حفظ و ارتقاي سلامتي محسوب مي‌شوند براي تقويت اين حيطه در انجمن‌ها بازنگري در اساسنامه فعاليت آنها ضروري است. موافقت صد درصدي اعضا با 48 عامل موفقيت يك انجمن نشان مي‌دهد كه الگوي طراحي‌شده براي مديريت مؤثر يك انجمن مورد قبول اكثريت بوده و با اطلاع رساني اين الگو و مصاديق آن مي‌توان توانمندي انجمن‌ها را ارتقا داد. معرفي كاركردهاي ذاتي و بالقوه يك انجمن علمي به سياست‌گذاران و مديران موجب خواهد شد تا نگاه حاكميت براي مشاركت‌دادن انجمن‌هاي علمي بيش از پيش تغيير يابد و نقش آنها در امور حاكميتي برجسته‌تر شود؛ چراكه خود انجمن‌ها اين عامل را به عنوان مهم‌ترين‌ها در موفقيت فرض كرده‌اند.<br><br></span> <br>Objective(s): Considering the increasing number of scientific associations in the past decade and potential role of them in public health, it was needed to design a new model of effective management by reviewing their functions to be close to the following objectives: <br>- Create a common view for SAs &nbsp;<br>- Create a common view for the members of a SA<br>- Change the view of community and government to the role of SAs.<br>- Use the model for planning and performance evaluation of association by the board.<br>Methods: This is a descriptive study; after review of scientific literatures and focus group discussion with presidents of several SAs, selected by the consultative council of SAS commission 5 functional domains and 48 critical success factors were listed in a conceptual framework. An open and closed questionnaire with likerts scores were defined and sent to the 115 SAs. 83 SAs (74%) replied on time. All the responses of open questions were categorized and analyzed in main domains and the result of closed questions were analyzed by the SPSS (V18).<br>Results: The six important factors in order are: continuous professional development plan (workshops, continuous education, congress and scientific meetings, short term courses), independent equipped facility, strategic and annual plan, and good member participation in SA elections, plans and monthly board meeting, membership of SA in national councils and committees, participation in setting related medical tariff, membership in international societies. All the SAs have considerable experiences in 5 functional areas and the "specialist's domain" were the first one. <br>No significant relations were found for the other paternal exposure categories neither for the all maternal exposures categories with the risk of ALL in their offspring.<br>Conclusion: In this regard SAs constitution should be revised. 100% agreement of selected SAs with success factors showed that the capacity of SAs could be improved by advertising the designed model.
