fa چالش‌های آموزش سلامت بلوغ به دختران نوجوان در ایران: اولویتی برای طراحی مداخلات مدرسه محور برای دختران و مادران توصیفی Descriptive دختران نوجوان در دوران بلوغ تغییرات جسمانی، روانی و اجتماعی را تجربه می‌کنند که نداشتن اطلاعات کافی، مهارت‌ها و آمادگی‌های لازم برای گذر از این بحران، آنها را آسیب‌پذیر می‌کند. سلامت بلوغ شامل اصول و مراقبت‌هایی است که منجر به حفظ و ارتقای سلامت جسمی ـ روانی و عاطفی فرد در این دوران و دوران‌های دیگر می‌شود که بیش از هر چیز نیازمند آموزش است. به همین دلیل مطالعه موجود با هدف تبیین چالش‌های موجود در آموزش بهداشت بلوغ به دختران نوجوان به صورت مروری با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی نوجوان، بلوغ، سلامت بلوغ، دختران در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Pubmed, Elsevier,SID, Medlib, Magiran, Iranmedex, Irandoc, Google Scholar انجام شد و مقالات چاپ شده در یکی از حیطه‌های مرتبط با آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد سلامت بلوغ دختران در فاصله 1370 تا 1392 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. چالش‌های مرتبط با آموزش بهداشت بلوغ دختران نوجوان را می‌توان در 6 محور اصلی شامل نداشتن آگاهی کافی، فقدان نگرش و عملکرد مطلوب؛ فقدان توجه لازم به عوامل موثر بر آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد نوجوانان؛ ضعف منابع دریافت اطلاعات نوجوانان )مادران، همسالان، مربیان بهداشت(؛ فقدان توافق در مورد زمان مناسب برای شروع آموزش ابعاد مختلف بهداشت بلوغ؛ فقدان محتوای آموزشی مناسب و جامع دوران بلوغ برای دختران نوجوان؛ عدم استفاده از روش‌های مناسب آموزش سلامت بیان کرد. مطالعات متعددی در زمینه تعیین میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دختران در زمینه جسمانی بلوغ، عوامل موثر و منابع دریافت و تاثیر آموزش در زمینه‌های سلامت جسمانی بلوغ در کشور انجام شده است اما در زمینه بررسی عوامل و علل ناآگاهی و بی‌توجهی مادران در مورد بلوغ دخترانشان، استفاده از روش‌های مشارکتی آموزش و طراحی آموزش‌های مبتنی بر مهارت، و ارائه راهکارهای مداخله‌ای برای آموزش ابعاد جسمی(به ویژه بعد جنسی)، روانی و اجتماعی بلوغ جای خالی زیادی وجود دارد. Objective (s): Puberty is the most important milestone of change in teenage life. This is a time to become adult with reproductive ability. Girls experience a wide variety of physical, emotional, social and sexual changes in this period.&nbsp; Lack of information, skills and preparations endanger their health. Puberty health includes principals and cares to promote and maintain individuals&rsquo; physical, emotional, social and sexual health that can be achieved by education. This paper reviews evidence for puberty health education in Iran.<br> Methods: A review of Iranian articles related to knowledge, attitude and practice of adolescent girls about puberty and menstruation was carried out using the following databases: PubMed, Elsevier, SID, Medlib, Magiran, Iranmedex, Irandoc and Google Scholar.
