fa بررسی تاثیر آموزش بر انطباق با نقش مادری و اضطراب در مادران نوزادان نارس بستری در بخش مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان روانشناسی سلامت Health Psychologhy مورد ـ شاهدی Case-control <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>مادران نوزادان نارس در انطباق با نقش مادری دچار مشکل می شوند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش نقش مادری بر اضطراب و انطباق مادران نوزادان نارس بستری در بخش مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه مداخله ای به صورت&nbsp; پیش آزمون - پس آزمون بود. تعداد۷۲ مادر (۳۶نفر گروه مداخله و۳۶ نفر گروه کنترل) بعنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. نمونه گیری به روش در دسترس صورت گرفت. سپس نمونه ها بطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه های ی اسپیل برگر و انطباق با نقش مادری تکمیل شدند. مداخله شامل هفت جلسه آموزشی در قالب توضیح و اجرای عملی مطالب و ارائه پمفلت آموزشی و شرکت فعال مادران تنظیم بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس ۲۴ تحلیل گردید. <span style="color:black"></span><br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>میانگین انطباق با نقش مادری&nbsp; بعد از دوره آموزشی در گروه آزمون افزایش قابل ملاحظه ای داشته و اختلاف معنی دار با قبل از مداخله را نشان داد. همچنین بین میانگین نمره اضطراب در مادران گروه آزمون، قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنادار مشاهده شد کاهش یافت. <span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>آموزش نقش مادری باعث کاهش میزان اضطراب و افزایش انطباق مادران نوزادان نارس می شود. پیشنهاد می گردد آموزش نقش مادری به عنوان یکی از برنامه های حمایتی برای کاهش سطح اضطراب مادران در بخش مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان به کار رود.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective(s): </strong>Mothers of preterm infants have some challenges in comprehending the maternal role. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of an educational intervention on maternal role adaptation and anxiety among mothers with preterm infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).<span lang="FA" dir="RTL" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This was an interventional study with pre- and post-test design. Participants were 72 mothers selected through convenience method. Then they were divided in two groups randomly (36 samples per intervention and control groups). Data were collected by demographic questionnaire, the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and the Adaptation to Maternal Role Questionnaire (AMRQ). Interventions included seven training sessions to clarify and practice intended topics. Data were analyzed in SPSS version 24 software.<span b="" dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#0e101a"></span></span><br> <strong>Results: </strong>The mean maternal role adaptation after the training course increased and showed a significant improvement compared with before the intervention (130.78, SD = 9.94 vs. 113.64, SD = 15.90; P = 0.001). Also, a significant decrease was observed between the mean anxiety score of mothers in the intervention group before and after education (101.89, SD =7.82 vs. 91.83, SD = 8.83; P =0. 001). No significant difference was observed among the control group either for maternal role or anxiety.<span lang="FA" dir="RTL" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Mothers training reduces anxiety and increases maternal role adaptation of mothers of preterm infants.
