<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مقدمه:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">در طب ایرانی دیابت از نظر مزاجی به دو نوع گرم و سرد تقسیم و برای هر یک درمان‏ های متفاوت ذکر شده ‏است. هدف از این پژوهش، دست‏یابی به معیارهای مورد توافق متخصصان با تجربه طب ایرانی، جهت تعیین مزاج کودکان مبتلا به دیابت بود</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مواد و روش کار:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">در این تحقیق که طی سالهای 96-94 انجام شد، ابتدا معیارهای مطرح شده جهت تعیین مزاج بیماران دیابتی طی سه زیر مطالعه کیفی شامل؛ کتب معتبر طب ایرانی، مصاحبه با بیماران و متخصصان طب ایرانی، شناسایی و تحلیل شدند. سپس با استفاده از روش دلفی از 16 متخصص طب ایرانی، در خصوص اهمیت کمی و کیفی شاخص‏های به‏دست آمده طی سه دور نظرسنجی به عمل آمد. پس از هر دور پاسخ‏ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری و کیفی قرار گرفت و در نهایت شاخص ‏هایی که میانگین امتیاز بسیار خوب داشتند معیار اصلی و آنها که امتیاز خوب داشتند معیار فرعی تلقی شدند. </span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">یافته ها:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">پس از انجام سه دور دلفی؛ متخصصان، گزارههای میزان عطش، ملمس دست، ملمس کلیه، تاثیر‏پذیری از هوا، تاثیر‏پذیری از غذا و تهبج (پف دور چشم) را به عنوان معیارهای اصلی و علائمی همچون رنگ ادرار، بوی ادرار، رنگ چهره و رنگ چشم را به عنوان معیارهای فرعی در تشخیص مزاج کودکان دیابتی در نظر گرفتند.</span><br>
<strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">معیارهای به‏ دست آمده علاوه بر کمک به تشخیص انواع سوء مزاجات عام و عضوی ساده یا مادی، دقت کافی در افتراق دیابت گرم و سرد‏ را در کودکان دیابتی دارد. کمی</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">‎</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">سازی معیارهای به‏ دست آمده سبب افزایش دقت آنها در تشخیص مزاج بیماران شده است. </span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective (s</strong>)<strong>:</strong> In Persian Medicine (PM) diabetes mellitus is known as a dystempramental diseases (Su-e-mizaj) and is divided into two main types, hot and cold. Achieving agreed diagnostic criteria among PM experts for standardizing such criteria for identification of ‎two types of diabetes and its management is essential. This study aimed to examine diabetes mizaj criteria via consensus of PM physicians.<br>
<strong>Methods:</strong> This was a cross sectional survey and conducted by the Delphy method. Diabetes mizaj symptoms was collected from PM literature, and patient and PM experts interview. Sixteen PM experts were requested to evaluate quantitative and qualitative value of these symptoms during 3 rounds of Delphi.<br>
<strong>Results:</strong> Based on the results of third round; thirst, touch condition of hand and kidney, impressibility of air and food and face puffing, were considered as major criteria and urine color and smell and face and eye color were considered as minor criteria for identification of diabetic children Mizaj or Su-e-mizaj<br>
<strong>Conclusion:</strong> This study extracted the agreed criteria for determining the diabetic children Mizaj. These criteria, can be used to diagnose, different Su-e-mizaj of hole body and organs and so two types of diabetes (hot and cold) in diabetic children. Quantifying the intended criteria might lead to more exact diagnosis of the patients’ mizaj.</div>
