fa جنگ و چالش های اخلاقی پیش روی نظام سلامت در انجام موثر کارکرد ارائه خدمات نامه به سردبیر Letter to editor نامه به سردبیر <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>سردبیر محترم،</strong><br> جنگ دوازده روزه بین ایران و اسرائیل بار دیگر اهمیت آمادگی و تاب آوری نظام های سلامت در مقابل بحران ها را برجسته کرد. نظام سلامت کشور در این دوره با چالش های جدید و حتی پیش بینی نشده ای روبه شد. نظام سلامت علاوه بر خدمت رسانی به عموم مردم با درمان و مراقبت از مجروحان جنگی که بیش از پنج هزار نفر بودند مواجه شد. همچنین جمعیت زیادی از تهران و شهرهای با خطر حمله بیشتر به سایر شهرها پناهنده شدند. پناهندگان شامل کودکان، زنان باردار و بیماران مزمنی هستند که به صورت دائم به مراقبت های بهداشتی درمانی نیازمند هستند. بنابراین مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی در شهرهای مقصد برای انجام وظایف خود با جمعیت پیش بینی نشده ای روبه رو بودند. در مواردی بیمارستان ها هم مورد حمله واقع شدند که خدمات رسانی به بیماران <span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""></span><br> را مختل کرده بود. این تجربه چالش های اخلاقی پیش روی نظام سلامت در انجام کارکرد ارائه خدمات در بحران ها و شرایط جنگی را مطرح می کند...</div> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Dear Editor,</b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The 12-day war between Iran and Israel once again highlighted the importance of preparedness and resilience of health systems in the face of crises. The country&#39;s health system faced new and even unforeseen challenges during this period. In addition to serving the general public, the health system was faced with treating and caring for more than five thousand war wounded. Also, a large population from Tehran and cities at greater risk of attack became refugees in other cities. Refugees include children, pregnant women, and chronically ill people who are in constant need of health care. Therefore, health centers in destination cities were faced with an unforeseen population to perform their duties. In some cases, hospitals were also attacked, which disrupted the provision of services to patients.
