fa ارزیابی داروخانه های شهر یزد با معیار های داروخانه دوستدار سالمند در سال 1402 مولفه های اجتماعی سلامت Social Determinants of Health توصیفی Descriptive <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> با توجه به رشد جمعیت سالمندان، یکی از راهبردهای کلیدی برای بهبود سلامت این گروه سنی، راه‌اندازی مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی مناسب و سازگار با نیازهای آنان می‌باشد. لذا به منظور آگاهی از وضعیت موجود داروخانه‌ها متناسب با رفع نیاز افراد سالمند و یا به عبارتی داروخانه دوستدار سالمند، مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی داروخانه های شهر یزد با معیار های داروخانه دوستدار سالمند انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش کار: </strong>مطالعه حاضر به صورت توصیفی- مقطعی و در سال ۱۴۰۲ انجام شد؛ بدین صورت که از طریق سرشماری از ۱۵۱ داروخانه مورد نظر در بخش خصوصی، ۱۴۸ مورد در سطح شهر یزد بررسی شد. داده‌ها نیز به&shy; صورت مشاهده توسط محققان و پرسش از مسئول داروخانه و با استفاده از یک چک لیست استاندارد جمع آوری شد. ابزار شامل ۲۸ گویه و در قالب ۴ حیطه فیزیکی (۷ گویه)، مراقبتی (۱۶ گویه)، تامین و تدارکات خدمات دارویی (۴ گویه) و عاطفی (۱گویه) بود. نحوه نمره‌دهی چک لیست نیز به صورت طیف سه گزینه &shy;ای لیکرت (خیر، تا حدودی، بله) بود که نمره ۲۸ تا ۴۲ در سطح ضعیف، نمره ۴۳ تا ۵۶ متوسط، نمره ۵۷ تا ۷۰ خوب و ۷۱ تا ۸۴ &nbsp;در سطح خیلی خوب قرار می&shy; گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> در مجموع به نسبت امتیاز کسب شده از حداکثر نمرات مدنظر برای هر حیطه، بعد عاطفی دارای بالاترین نمره بود که نشان‌دهنده‌ تأکید زیاد روی این موضوع در داروخانه‌های شهر یزد است. در مقابل، بعد مراقبتی پایین ترین نمره را داشت،که ۱۹ داروخانه در سطح خوب، ۱۲۳ داروخانه در سطح متوسط و ۶&nbsp; داروخانه در سطح ضعیف بودند و هیچ داروخانه‌ای در سطح خیلی خوب ارزیابی نشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> به رغم تلاش های صورت گرفته نیاز به بهبود زیرساخت ها و خدمات داروخانه ها برای تطابق کامل با معیارهای داروخانه دوستدارسالمند احساس می شود. همچنین این ارزیابی نشان داد به منظور ارتقای نحوه برخورد با سالمندان و ارائه خدمت متناسب با نیازهای آن ها لازم است آموزش هایی در این حیطه داده شود. <span style="color:black"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective (s): </strong>The increasing elderly population requires the establishment of health and treatment centers that specifically address their needs. This study aims to evaluate the compliance of pharmacies in Yazd City, with established standards for elderly-friendly services. The goal is to assess how well these pharmacies meet the unique requirements of older adults.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 2023 and involved a comprehensive evaluation of 148 private pharmacies among 151 ones in Yazd city, utilizing a full enumeration method. Data collection was performed through observation by researchers, interviewing the pharmacy manager, and using a checklist that included 28 items, which were divided into four main categories: physical environment (7 questions), care services (16 questions), supply and procurement of pharmaceutical services (4 questions), and emotional support (1 question). The scoring method of the checklist was based on a three-option Likert scale (No, To some extent, Yes). Scores from 28 to 42 were considered weak, 43 to 56 moderate, 57 to 70 good, and 71 to 84 very good.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The findings revealed that the emotional dimension received the highest scor (2/91<span b="" dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">&plusmn;</span>0/349) indicating a strong emphasis on this aspect in pharmacies located in Yazd city. In contrast, the care dimension scored the lowest (2/0<span b="" dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">&plusmn;</span>36/47), with only 19 pharmacies (12.8%) rated as good, and none earning a very good rating. A significant majority, 123 pharmacies (83.1%), were classified as average, and 6 pharmacies (4.1) were rated as weak. Among the specific survey questions, &quot;Do pharmacy staff treat the elderly properly?&quot; had the highest mean score of 2.91 &plusmn; 0.349 on a three-point scale. On the other hand, the question &quot;Are CPR devices available in the pharmacy?&quot; received the lowest score of 1.00 on the same scale.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> despite the efforts made, there is still a need to improve pharmacy infrastructure and services to fully comply with the criteria of an age-friendly pharmacy.
