fa تبیین و شناسایی شایستگی‌های دینی و معنوی مورد نیاز دانش‌آموختگان علوم پزشکی پزشکی اجتماعی Sicial Medicine کیفی Qualitative Study <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>از منظر آموزش مبتنی بر شایستگی در علوم پزشکی، نظام آموزش علوم پزشکی وظیفه دارد دانش‌آموختگانی برخوردار از شایستگی‌های گوناگونی تربیت نماید تا بتوانند پاسخگوی نیازهای گیرندگان خدمات سلامت با رویکردی کل‌نگر باشند. با نهادینه شدن سلامت معنوی به‌عنوان بخشی از سلامت انسان، اهمیت پرداختن به این مبحث در برنامه‌های آموزشی بیش از پیش نمایان شده است. با وجود ضرورت آموزش در این زمینه، برنامه نظام‌مندی برای توسعه شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز در زمینه سلامت معنوی در کشور وجود ندارد، اما پیش از تدوین چنین برنامه‌ای، لازم است به این پرسش پاسخ داده شود که چه شایستگی‌هایی باید به‌عنوان اهداف فرایند آموزش علوم پزشکی در نظر گرفته شود؟ این مطالعه با هدف تبیین وضعیت مطلوب دانش‌آموختگان از منظر شایستگی‌های دینی و معنوی طراحی و اجرا شده است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش کار: </strong>مطالعه از نوع ترکیبی و مشتمل بر دو مرحله کیفی و کمّی بود که در مرحله کیفی، پس از بررسی اولیه منابع و متون مرتبط، دیدگاه‌های جمعی از صاحب‌نظران و اساتید علوم پزشکی از طریق مصاحبه عمیق نیمه‌ساختار یافته گردآوری شد و با تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه‌ها، ضمن تدوین چارچوب مفهومی مطالعه، فهرستی از شایستگی‌های دینی و معنوی استخراج شد. در مرحله کمی، پیش‌نویس شایستگی‌های دینی و معنوی دانش‌آموختگان علوم پزشکی در اختیار تعدادی از خبرگان قرار گرفت و با جمع‌بندی دیدگاه‌های مشارکت‌کنندگان، اعتبار لیست شایستگی‌ها مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> حاصل این مطالعه تدوین چارچوب مفهومی شایستگی‌های دینی و معنوی در سه حیطه معرفت دینی و معنوی، گرایش دینی و معنوی و عملکرد دینی و معنوی و در ساحت‌های فردی و اجتماعی و حرفه‌ای بود. همچنین، فهرست شایستگی‌های دینی و معنوی دانش‌آموختگان علوم پزشکی در 58 بند مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>توسعه شایستگی‌های دینی و معنوی جزئی ضروری از برنامه‌های آموزشی علوم پزشکی است که توجه شایسته به آن در تمامی حیطه‌ها، تربیت دانش‌آموختگان توانمند، ارتقای سطح آموزش علوم پزشکی و به‌تبع آن، بهبود نظام ارائه خدمات سلامت در کشور را درپی‌دارد.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Objective(s):</strong> From a competency-based perspective, medical education system should train healthcare providers with different competencies so that they are capable of addressing patients&#39; needs with a holistic approach. With regard to spiritual health as a part of human health, the importance of developing religious/ spiritual competencies has become more apparent. Nevertheless, there is no systematic program for the development of the required competencies in the field of spiritual health in Iran. Before developing a program, it should be clarified that what kind of religious/ spiritual competencies are needed to be developed in Iranian medical education? This study was designed and implemented with the aim of explaining the optimum religious/ spiritual competencies of graduates of medical universities in Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This was a mixed method study including a qualitative and a quantitative stages. In the qualitative stage, after reviewing related literature, deep, semi-structured interviews were conducted with a number of medical experts. The content analysis of the interviews led to a conceptual framework of the competencies and a list of religious/ spiritual competencies. In the quantitative stage, the list that was offered to a number of experts and was validated according to their opinions.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The study led to the development of the conceptual framework of religious/ spiritual competencies in three domains: religious/ spiritual knowledge, religious/ spiritual attitude, and religious/ spiritual performance both in personal and social-professional dimensions. Moreover, a list of religious/ spiritual competencies was developed and validated with 58 items.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Developing religious/ spiritual competencies is a main component of medical education programs.
