fa استفاده درمانی از آب معدنی چشمه ها و دریاها برای بیماری های عمومی و پوستی (بالنئوتراپی) توصیفی Descriptive استفاده درمانی از آب معدنی چشمه ها و دریاهایی که املاح زیاد دارند، بالنئوتراپی نامیده می شود. در این مقاله کاربردهای درماتولوژیک و عمومی این روش درمانی شرح داده می شود و علاوه بر اشاره ای به منابع آن در ایران، راهکارهایی جهت بهره بردن از این ثروت ملی ارایه می گردد. <div style="text-align: justify;">Balneotherapy involves immersion of the patient in mineral water baths or pools. The mechanisms by which broad spectrums of diseases are alleviated by balneotherapy have not been fully elucidated. They probably incorporate chemical, thermal, mechanical and immunomodulatory effects.<br> In this article the dermatologic and the general uses of this mode of treatment is explained.
