fa بررسی شاخص های ابعاد و رنگ در آزمون ترسیم آدمک رنگی کودکان و نوجوانان مبتلا به اختلال دو قطبی توصیفی Descriptive هدف این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر مشکلات خلقی در کودکان و نوجوانان مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی، بر ابعاد ترسیم و به کارگیری رنگ در آزمون ترسیم آدمک رنگی بوده است. گروه مورد مطالعه شامل 30 کودک و نوجوان 12 تا 17 ساله بوده که از آذر ماه 1380 تا آذر ماه 1381 در بخش های روانپزشکی کودک و نوجوان بیمارستان های روزبه و امام حسین (ع) بستری شده اند. این نمونه ها با روش نمونه گیری آسان انتخاب شدند. تمام آزمودنی ها واجد ملاک های تشخیصی DSM-IV) Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder-IV) برای اختلال دوقطبی بودند. آزمودنی هایی که شواهد آشکاری دال بر عقب ماندگی ذهنی داشتند نیز از مطالعه حذف شدند. سپس آزمون ترسیم آدمک به صورت انفرادی روی افراد گروه نمونه اجرا شد. میانگین شاخص های طول و سطح ترسیم آدمک در گروه نمونه نسبت به هنجارهای موجود و در پسران نسبت به دختران به طور قابل ملاحظه ای بزرگتر بود. اما این تفاوت ها از لحاظ آماری معنادار نبودند. در شاخص رنگ، فقط 11 نفر (36.6%) از رنگ استفاده کردند که 50% دختران (7 مورد) و 25% پسران (4 مورد) از مواد رنگی استفاده کردند. پس نسبت دختر به پسر در این شاخص تقریبا دو برابر بوده هرچند که این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنادار نبوده است. همچنین 80% افرادی که از رنگ سبز استفاده کردند، در زمان ترسیم دارای احساسات و عقاید مذهبی بودند. بر پایه این تحقیق به نظر می رسد که در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی ارتباط متقن و قوی بین کیفیت خلق و اندازه ترسیم یا رنگ آمیزی آن وجود ندارد. <div style="text-align: justify;">Objectives): The aim of this study was to explore the effects of mood problems seen in bipolar disorder on size and coloring of the Draw-A-Person (OAP) Test.<br> Material & Methods: The sample consists of 30 children and adolescents (16 male II 4 female, with<br> mean age 15.4) admitted to the Child and Adolescent Wards of the Roozbeh Psychiatric Hospital and Imam Hussein Hospital in Tehran, Iran. All subjects were inpatients and fulfilled Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder-IV (DSM-IV) criteria for bipolar disorder at the time of study. Subjects with a documented mental retardation were excluded from the study. Then OAP was administered individually. Symptoms of elevated mood, euphoria and irritability were observed in 90% of subjects; and symptoms of dysphoria were seen in I 0%.<br> Results: The size of the figure was remarkably increased in the sample group as compared with the<br> standard data ; and was increased in male compared with female patients. But the differences did not reach significant level.&nbsp; Of 30 patients, I&nbsp; 1&nbsp; &nbsp;subjects (4 male and 7 female) used colors, while the majority (63.4%) preferred not to use color.
