fa جنبه های بهداشتی آب شرب منطقه 17 تهران توصیفی Descriptive در این تحقیق بمنظور بررسی کیفیت آب شرب منطقه 17 تهران، تعداد 210 نمونه از شیر آب طی مدت 6 ماه در سال 1381 جمع آوری و 210 نمونه مورد آنالیز باکتریولوژیک و تعداد 22 نمونه نیز از نظر پارامترهای فیزیکوشیمیایی بررسی گردید. پارامترهای مورد نظر تحقیق شامل دما، pH، کدورت، کل مواد جامد محلول، هدایت الکتریکی، سختی، آنیون ها و کاتیون ها، کلیفرم ها، اشریشیاکلی، باکتری های هتروتروف و کلر باقیمانده بودند که توسط آزمون های آماری ANOVA، رگرسیون خطی، آزمون T و آنالیز واریانس مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند. تیپ آب شرب منطقه 17 تهران از نوع بیکربنات کلسیک و سدیک بوده، کیفیت آب شرب براساس دیاگرام شولر در رده خوب و براساس رهنمودهای ملی و بین المللی نیز خوب ارزیابی شد. براساس آنالیز آماری انجام شده بین متغیر فصل نمونه برداری و متغیرهای کلر باقیمانده، سختی کل و دائم، کلسیم، منیزیم، کدورت و تاحدودی نیترات رابطه معنی داری مشاهده شد (P<0.05). همچنین بین متغیر ایستگاه نمونه برداری و میانگین متغیرهای کدورت، هدایت الکتریکی، کل مواد جامد محلول، سختی، pH، آنیون ها و کاتیون ها ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده نشد. بین pH و مجموع کلیفرم ها، کدورت و مجموع کلیفرم ها، رابطه معنی داری مشاهده نشد. بین کلر باقیمانده و مجموع کلیفرم ها و نیز بین هدایت الکتریکی و کل مواد جامد محلول رابطه معنی داری مشاهده شد (P=0.04). باتوجه به نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق در مجموع بنظر می رسد کیفیت آب شرب منطقه 17 تهران از نظر باکتری های هتروتروف در رده عالی قرار دارد. Objective(s): To examine the sanitary quality of drinking water in 17th municipality district in Tehran.<br> Methods: 210 tap samples were collected over a period of 6 months (From summer to winter, 2002-03) and analyzed for bacteriological parameters; 22 samples were analyzed for physiochemical parameters. All laboratory analyses were conducted by the contract laboratory and followed the procedures outlined in the 19th edition of standard methods. Parameters assessed were temperature, pH, turbidity, TDS, EC, hardness, alkalinity, anions, cations, total coliform count, thermo-tolerant coliforms, heterotrophic bacteria and residual chlorine. Also, the associations between the parameters were analyzed using statistical tests.<br> Results: The results show that water in this area of Tehran contains calcic bicarbonate and sodic bicarbonate, and its overall quality is good. Based on guidelines from the world health organization (2003) and the institute for standards and industrial research in Iran, the quality of drinking water in the 17th district is considered to be good. The results of statistical analysis indicated that there was a positive significant correlation between residual chlorine, total hardness, permanent hardness, Ca2+, Mg2+, turbidity, No3- and seasons of sampling. Such positive association was also observed between residual chlorine and station of sampling. Results also showed that the sampling station had no significant impact on mean values for turbidity, EC, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, anions and cations. In addition, no significant correlation was detected between turbidity and total coliforms or between pH and total coliforms. Conclusion: There is a positive significant correlation between residual chlorine and total coliforms.
