fa محاسبه‌ بار سرطان پستان در ایران در سال 1382 و مقایسه آن با منطقه مدیترانه‌ شرقی و جهان در سال 2002 توصیفی Descriptive سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران هر جامعه برای ایجاد سلامت و توزیع برابر آن در بین مردم، نیاز به شاخص‌هایی دارند که بتواند بار (Burden) ناشی از بیماری‌ها و آسیب‌ها را در جامعه به گونه‌ای ملموس ‌برای آنها بیان نماید. واحد (DALYs (Disability Adjusted Life Years، دارای این ویژگی است. مجموع عمر از دست رفته در نتیجه مرگ زودرس، به علاوه زمان سپری شده توأم با ناتوانی و معلولیت، در بار بیماری‌ها یا DALYs به صورت کمی شده و برای هر بیماری و آسیب نشان داده می‌‌شود.<br> سرطان پستان، شایع‌ترین سرطان در زنان و شایع‌ترین علت مرگ و میر زنان 44‌-40 ساله محسوب می‌شود. به همین علت محاسبه بار ایجاد شده توسط آن و تعیین سهم این بار از کل بار ایجاد شده توسط مجموعه‌ سرطان‌ها در ایران، برنامه‌ریزان را قادر می‌سازد که منابع را به نحو متناسبی توزیع نموده و بتوانند میزان پیشرفت برنامه‌های مبارزه را به صورت علمی و مؤثر ارزیابی کنند. در همین راستا مطالعه‌ بزرگی با عنوان &laquo;محاسبه‌ بار بیماری‌ها و آسیب‌ها و عوامل خطر آنها&raquo; از سال 1382 در معاونت سلامت وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی آغاز شد و این پژوهش بخشی از مطالعه‌ مزبور است. در این طرح، روش کار خاصی برای مدلسازی سرطان‌ها در جمعیت، در نظر گرفته شد و نرم‌افزار ویژه‌ای نیز برای این کار طراحی گردید. در این مطالعه: 1- بار سرطان پستان در هر هزار نفر جمعیت در ایران در زنان، 0.62 DALYs به دست آمد. بار سرطان در زنان ایرانی نسبت به منطقه‌ مدیترانه‌ شرقی ( 1.1DALYs/1000) و کل جهان ( 1.99DALYs/1000) پایین‌تر بود. 2- پیک سنی بار این سرطان در زنان ایرانی درگروه‌های سنی 59-45 و بالای 80 سال بود. 3- سال‌های از دست رفته به علت مرگ زودرس یا ناتوانی به ازای هزار نفر (DALYs/1000) در گروه‌های سنی 59-45، 69-60 و 79-70 سال در زنان ایرانی کمتر از موارد مشابه در منطقه‌ مدیترانه‌ شرقی و همچنین جهان است. <div style="text-align: justify;">Objective(s): Health and its equal distribution among people is one of the major factors of society stability. Reaching this goal would be only possible by proper planning in health, monitoring and evaluating the projects, and interventional planning in different sections.<br> Hence, indexes that describe the burden of diseases and injuries understandably for the managers and planners are necessary. DAL Vs unit (Disability Adjusted Life Years) or the years that are lost because of early death or disability, holds such property. In other words, the sum of the lost life because of early death plus the time passed in disability and infirmity, is quantified by DALVs or the burden of diseases, and is shown for each disease and injury.<br> Methods: An extensive study entitled &quot;Estimation of the burden of diseases and injuries and their risk factors&quot; started in 1382 at deputy for health of Ministry of Health and Medical Education, and the current project which is specified to estimation of the breast cancer burden is a part of that study. In this plan a specific methodology is defined to model the cancers in population and specific software is designed for such work. Breast cancer, the most usual cancer in women, should be significantly noticed. Breast cancer is counted as the most common reason of death in women between 40 and 44.
