fa عوامل مؤثر در ایجاد فشار‌های عصبی در دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران توصیفی Descriptive به منظور تعيين عوامل مؤثر در ايجاد فشار عصبي (Stress)، مطالعه‌اي در سطح 5 دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهر تهران انجام شد. مقاله حاضر، بيان بخشي از يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش است كه به دانشجويان يكي از دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي اختصاص دارد.<BR>پرسشنامه‌اي حاوي اطلاعات جمعيتي و زمينه‌اي علايم جسماني و رواني فشار عصبي و مسايل و مشكلات دانشجويان و نحوه نگرش آنها به رشته پزشكي و آينده شغلي خود تهيه شد كه مبناي آن چند پرسشنامه فشار عصبي از منابع بين‌المللي بود و با استفاده از جلسات بحث گروهي و نظرخواهي از استادان روانپزشكي، روايي و پايايي آن به اثبات رسيد. اين پرسشنامه در بين 750 نفر از دانشجويان مقاطع مختلف دوره پزشكي عمومي توزيع و نتايج حاصل از آن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. عواملي كه به نحو معني‌دار با فشار عصبي در ارتباط بودند عبارتند از: جنسيت، مقطع تحصيلي، ساعات مطالعه در هفته، وضعيت اقتصادي و بعد خانوار، سن فرد، نوع محل اقامت و اشتغال به فعاليت‌هاي غيرپزشكي، ميزان ارتباطات اجتماعي و ميزان ارتباط با خانواده.<BR>توجه بيشتر به مسايل و مشكلات تحصيلي، بهبود شرايط كاري دوره انترني، ترتيب دادن برنامه‌هاي تفريحي، آموزش تكنيك‌هاي فردي و گروهي كاهش فشار عصبي و ايجاد خدمات مشاوره رواني براي كاهش سطح فشار عصبي در بين دانشجويان پزشكي توصيه مي‌شود.</span> <P>Payesh<BR>2010; 9: 5-12<BR>Accepted for publication: 17 June 2007<BR>[EPub a head of print-7 March 2010]</P> <P>Objective(s): There is little doubt that medical students are subject to considerable amounts of physical and mental stress, resulting in high rates of depression and anxiety as well as other health problems. The present study- conducted from June to August 2006- looks at the problem of stress among Iranian medical students. <BR>Methods: A total of 742 students in different stages of their general medical training filled in a questionnaire dealing with personal and demographic characteristics, physical and mental stress, social relations and perceived job perspectives as well as problems faced at home and the campus. For each participant, a total stress score computed and its association with putative risk factors examined using Mann-Whitney test, non-parametric correlations and logistic regression analysis.<BR>Results: In logistic regression analysis, the following factors were found to have significant, independent associations with a high degree of stress: female gender (P=0.001), living in a large family (P=0.01), low income (P=0.05), training in clinical rotations (P<0.001) and internship (P<0.001) and separation from the family (P=0.01).
