fa آگاهی و نگرش داوطلبان کانون‌های دانشجویی هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایران، درباره کمک‌های اولیه و راهکارهای آموزش همگانی آن توصیفی Descriptive آموزش کمک‌هاي اوليه از مهم‌ترين برنامه‌هاي جمعيت هلال احمر است. مطالعه حاضر در سال 1386، براي بررسي دانش گروه‌هاي داوطلب کانون‌هاي دانشجويي درباره روش انجام کمک‌هاي اوليه و نگرش به راهکارهاي آموزش همگاني آن، به روش مقطعي در 6 استان و بر روي 5287 عضو صورت گرفت. <BR>نمونه گيري تحقيق به روش تصادفي ساده انجام گرديد. دانش و نگرش نمونه‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سنجيده شد. تحليل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار آماري STATA 8.0 و با در نظر گرفتن طرح نمونه گيري پيچيده (Complex sampling design) لحاظ شد. در زمان مطالعه، 3375 نمونه (8/63 درصد) عضو جمعيت هلال احمر و ساير نمونه‌ها در شاخه آزاد کانون‌هاي دانشجويي فعاليت مي‌کردند. <BR>از بين نمونه‌ها، 3736 دانشجو (6/70 درصد) در کلاس‌هاي آموزش کمک‌هاي اوليه هلال احمر، شرکت کرده بودند و واجد ميانگين امتياز دانش 53/3 + 53/8 (از نمره کل 18) بودند (46/9-36/7=95% CI). از بين نمونه‌هاي آموزش ديده، فقط 773 نمونه (6/14 درصد) داراي سطح دانش مطلوب بودند. سطح دانش نمونه‌ها تنها با متغير آموزش قبلي، ارتباط معني‌دار آماري داشت (01/0=P). شرکت در آموزش‌هاي هلال احمر (01/0=P) و وضعيت اقتصادي مناسب (01/0=P) عوامل مؤثر بر دانش بالاتر بودند. ميانگين امتياز نگرش77/6 + 73/34 (از نمره کل 45) برآورد شد (33/37-57/33=95% CI). <BR>اين تحقيق نشان داد که جمعيت هلال احمر بايد به افزايش پوشش آموزش کمک‌هاي اوليه با ارائه روش‌هاي آموزشي متکي بر افزايش مهارت و بازآموزي‌هاي مستمر در کانون‌هاي دانشجويي اقدام نمايد. آموزش گروه‌هاي هدف مختلف، راهکارهاي گوناگوني را ايجاب مي‌کند.<BR></span> <P>Payesh<BR>2010; 9: 205-213<BR>Accepted for publication: 28 September 2007<BR>[EPub a head of print-25 May 2010]</P> <P>Objective(s): First aid education constitutes a major priority area for the Iranian Red Crescent. The present study assesses student volunteers' knowledge of first aid procedures and their attitudes concerning strategies for community education.<BR>Methods: This survey involved 5287 volunteers selected by simple random sampling in 6 different provinces of Iran. Statistical analysis, based on a complex sampling design, was performed with the Stata 8.0 software package.<BR>Results: At the time of the study, 3736 subjects (63.8%) were members of the Red Crescent and the remaining students worked in the Freelance section. A total of 3736 students (70.6%) had attended the Red Crescent's first aid training courses. The mean knowledge score of the sample was estimated at 8.53 out of a maximum of 18 (CI0.95 = 7.36-9.46), with only 773 subjects (14.6%) showing a high level of knowledge. Only previous training showed a statistically significant relationship with the knowledge score (p=0.01). The mean score in the attitude section was 34.73 out of a maximum of 45 (CI0.95 = 33.57-37.33), and it was found to be related to previous training (p = 0.01) and higher economic status (p = 0.01).<BR>Conclusion: Our research showed that the Red Crescent must extend the coverage of its first aid training programs targeted at the student volunteers.
