fa بررسی اکولوژیک ارتباط بین درآمد روستاهای کشور و شاخص‌های سلامت توصیفی Descriptive كاهش بار بيماري ناشي از فقر، هم اكنون اولويت اول سازمان بهداشت جهاني است. بين نابرابري در توزيع درآمد و مرگ و مير در جوامع ارتباط مثبتي ديده شده است. هدف اين بررسي تعيين ارتباط بين شاخص‌هاي بهداشتي با درآمد در روستاهاي كشور است. <br>در اين تحقيق از دو سري اطلاعات شامل آمار شاخص‌هاي بهداشتي كل روستاهاي كشور در سال 84 و آمار مربوط به هزينه و درآمد خانوارهاي روستايي كل كشور در سال 83 استفاده شد. <br>روش‌هاي آماري مورد استفاده شامل همبستگي پيرسيون و رگرسيون خطي است. نتيجه اين بررسي نشان داد كه بين درآمد ساليانه يك خانواده روستايي و شاخص‌هاي ميزان مرگ نوزادان يک ماهه تا کودکان کمتر از 5 سال، ميزان مرگ کودکان کمتر از 5 سال، ميزان مرگ کودکان کمتر از 1 سال، سرباري و درصد جمعيت 15 تا 64 سال ارتباط معني‌دار وجود دارد (0.05>P). <br>نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه متغير اقتصادي با وضعيت بهداشتي مردم ارتباط دارد. افزايش مراقبت هاي بهداشتي و ارائه خدمات در روستاهايي از کشور که از نظر درآمد در سطحي پايين‌تر هستند در جهت کاهش نابرابري امري ضروري است.</span> <br>Objective(s): The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between health indicators of rural with income.<br>Methods: In this study, two series information is used, information on health indicators country that is extracted from total villages of the country in 2005 divided the province and information about statistical results of expenditure and income of rural households in 2004 was obtained from Statistical Center of Iran.<br>Results: The results showed there is a significant relationship between neonatal death rate for children one month to less than 5 years, child mortality under 5 years, the children death rate of less than 1 year, overhead and 15 to 64 percent of the population with annual income of rural family (P< 0.05).<br>Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the economic variable is related to people's health status.
