fa مطالعه تطبیقی سیستم اطلاعات اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی در آمریکا و انگلستان توصیفی Descriptive با توجه به لزوم دسترسی به‌موقع به اطلاعات مورد نیاز در زمان ارائه خدمات اورژانسی، سیستم اطلاعات اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی به منظور تولید اطلاعات و پشتیبانی از خدمات اورژانسی در خارج از مؤسسات مراقبت بهداشتی به وجود آمد. با توجه به شباهت سیستم اطلاعات اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی اغلب کشورها به یکی از دو سیستم آمریکا و انگلستان، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ویژگی‌های ساختاری و عملیاتی سیستم اطلاعات اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی این دو کشور انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه مروری، 172 مقاله از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی Sciencedirect، Scirus، و Pubmed با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های مشخص و مرتبط استخراج گردید که پس از بررسی میزان ارتباط آنها با هدف مطالعه، 65 مقاله انتخاب شد و مورد مطالعه دقیق قرار گرفت. در نهایت، یافته‌ها در قالب پاسخگویی به هدف مطالعه تدوین گردید. حداقل مجموعه داده‌های اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی آمریکا حاوی 51 عنصر اطلاعاتی ضروری و انگلستان شامل 28 مورد بود. در آمریکا نسبت به انگلستان، گزارشات جامع‌تر و تحلیلی‌تری در زمینه‌های کاری اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی ارائه می‌گردد. همچنین، مدیریت اطلاعات و ارتباطات سیستمی با سیستم‌های مرتبط، بیشتر مبتنی بر سیستم‌های الکترونیکی بود. افراد دخیل در مدیریت اطلاعات و تجهیزات ارتباطی در هر دو سیستم مشابه است. قابلیت‌های سیستم اطلاعات اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی آمریکا در مقایسه با انگلستان، به دلیل توجه بیشتر به زیرساخت‌های فناوری های اطلاعات و ارتباطات بیشتر است که این امر یکپارچگی سیستم‌ها و ارائه بهتر مراقبت‌های اورژانسی را باعث شده است. Methods: A literature search was carried out using Science Direct, Scirus and PubMed database. The search strategy included keywords on EMS, Pre-hospital Emergency Services, Ambulance Services, Information System, and Information. The retrieved articles were then assessed for relevance and then were examined.<br> Results: In all 172 articles were identified. Of these 65 articles were found relevant. Minimum dataset of pre-hospital emergency information system included 51 elements in America and 28 elements in England. More comprehensive and analytical reports were being created in the America&rsquo;s pre-hospital emergency care than those of in England. In addition, information management and communication systems were mainly electronic-based in America compared to England. In terms of people, software and hardware equipments involved in the management of information both systems were similar.<br> Conclusion: The effectiveness of pre-hospital emergency information system depends on the capabilities of the system, as well as its interoperability with other information systems.
