fa ترجمه و بررسی ویژگی های روانسنجی پرسشنامه سنجش مشارکت پرستاران بالینی در مربی گری دانشجویان پرستاری مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Helath Services Management توصیفی Descriptive <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> آموزش بالینی بخش اساسی آموزش حرفه&shy; پرستاری است و نقش پرستاران بالینی در این آموزش را نمی&shy; توان نادیده گرفت. لذا سنجش مشارکت پرستاران در این خصوص جهت تامین اهداف آموزش بالینی دارای اهمیت و اولویت است، از این رو این پژوهش با هدف ترجمه و روانسنجی پرسشنامه سنجش مشارکت پرستاران بالینی در آموزش دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> این مطالعه روش شناسی و مقطعی در سال ۱۴۰۲ به ترتیب با ترجمه رفت و برگشتی به روش توصیه شده سازمان سلامت جهان انجام شد. روایی صوری با استفاده از مصاحبه شناختی با ۱۸ نفر از پرستاران واجد شرایط، همچنین روایی کیفی محتوا با نظر خواهی از ۱۰ نفر از متخصصان حوزه بخش های درمانی و ابزارسازی انجام شد. روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و با مشارکت ۲۰۰ نفر انجام شد. بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه از همسانی درونی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و ثبات نسبی با استفاده از روش آزمون &ndash; بازآزمون و همبستگی درونی انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از ۲۲-SPSS و نرم افزار &nbsp;&nbsp;lisrel- ۸/۸ انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> در بررسی روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه به روش کیفی، سؤالات به شکل مطلوبی نظر مخاطبان پرسشنامه و تیم متخصصان را تامین نمود. تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، با مقادیر حاصل از آزمون برازش با شاخص نیکوئی برازش (GFI) برابر با ۰/۹۷، شاخص نیکویی برازش تعدیل شده&nbsp; (AGFI) برابر با ۰/۶۱، شاخص برازش نسبی (RFI) برابر با ۸۹/۰ و شاخص برازش مقایسه&shy;ای (CFI) برابر با ۹۳/۰ نشان دهنده مناسب بودن مدل ساختاری پنج عاملی اجرا، تعهد، رضایت، موانع و انگیزش بود. پایایی کل ابزار با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کل ۹۱/۰ به دست آمد و میزان ضریب همبستگی درون خوشه‌ای در بررسی آزمون- بازآزمون ۸۸/۰ محاسبه شد. <span style="color:black"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سنجش مشارکت پرستاران بالینی در آموزش دانشجویان پرستاری یک نسخه روا و پایا است که می&shy;تواند برای اندازه &shy;گیری این مفهوم در بخش&shy;ها ی درمانی مورد استفاده قرارگیرد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective(s):</strong> Clinical education is a crucial aspect of professional nursing training, and the role of clinical nurses in this education is pivotal. Evaluating nurses&#39; participation in this regard is vital to meeting the goals of clinical education. This research aimed to translate and psychometrically measure the participation of clinical nurses in the education of nursing students.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This methodological and cross sectional study, conducted in 2023, utilized back-and-forth translation according to World Health Organization guidelines. Face validity was assessed through cognitive interviews with 18 qualified nurses, while qualitative content validity involved 10 experts in health education and instrumentation. Construct validity was evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis with 200 participants. The questionnaire&#39;s reliability was determined using Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient for internal consistency and the test-retest method alongside the intraclass correlation coefficient for relative stability. Data analysis was performed with SPSS-22 and Lisrel 8.8 software.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The validity of the questionnaire&#39;s face and content was assessed using a qualitative approach, capturing the perspectives of the target audience and a panel of experts effectively. Confirmatory factor analysis showed a five-factor model, encompassing implementation, commitment, satisfaction, obstacles, and motivation, with the following fit indices: goodness of fit index (GFI) at 0.67, adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) at 0.61, relative fit index (RFI) at 0.89, and comparative fit index (CFI) at 0.93. The overall reliability of the instrument was confirmed with a Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient of 0.91 and an intraclass correlation coefficient of 0.88 from the test-retest study.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The Persian version of the questionnaire assessing clinical nurses&#39; participation in nursing students&#39; education is valid and reliable, suitable for measuring this concept in treatment departments.
