fa طراحی کارپوشه جهت درس کارورزی دانشجویان رشته دکترای تخصصی طب ایرانی مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Helath Services Management کیفی Qualitative Study <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>در ارزیابی فعالیت‌های واحد‌های آموزشی دانشگاهی خصوصا جهت تحول و نوآوری آموزش علوم پزشکی کارپوشه نقش مهمی ایفا می‌کند. در دروس کارورزی ۱ و ۲، در رشته دکترای تخصصی طب ایرانی مجموعه‌ای از دانش‌، کسب صلاحیت‌ و توانمندی‌های بالینی به دانشجو ارائه می‌گردد. از آن‌جایی‌که رشته مشابه رشته دکترای تخصصی طب ایرانی با برنامه آموزشی مصوب در کشور و خارج از کشور وجود ندارد،&nbsp; اجرا و ارزشیابی دوره کارورزی به صورت یکسان در گروه های طب ایرانی صورت نمی‌گیرد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر طراحی کارپوشه جهت ساماندهی ارائه خدمات آموزش بالینی و ارزشیابی مهارت‌های عملی و بالینی دانشجویان در این دوره بود.<span style="color:black"></span><br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ کار: </strong>این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی و در دو مرحله انجام شد. جهت طراحی کارپوشه مراحل کار بر اساس معیارهای گلاسیک انجام گرفت و سپس مطالب مورد نیاز به صورت چک لیست طراحی و در جلسات پانل تخصصی با حضور اعضای هیات علمی طب ایرانی مورد بررسی، تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و ساختار نهایی کارپوشه استخراج گردید.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>در مجموع ۲۰ عضو هیات علمی به نمایندگی از ۲۰ دانشگاه‌ علوم پزشکی که دارای این رشته بودند، در جلسات طراحی کارپوشه شرکت کردند. بعد از طی مراحل کار با اجماع نظر صاحب‌نظران، کارپوشه در دو عرصه توانمندی‌‌های عمومی شامل فرایندهای تشخیص و درمان بیماری، مدیریت بیمار و اخلاق حرفه‌ای و توانمندی‌های تخصصی شامل مهارت‌های روش‌های بادکش، ماساژ، حجامت، فصد، زالوگذاری و سایر روش‌های مورد انتظار طراحی گردید. جهت تسهیل تکمیل در طول دوره و ارزشیابی نهایی، جداولی با عناوین مرتبط با فعالیت‌های عملی و بالینی دانشجویان طراحی و در کارپوشه قرار داده شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> استفاده از کارپوشه حاضر و تکمیل و تصحیح تدریجی آن، با ایجاد یک بستر مناسب برای ارتقای سطح آگاهی و مهارت بالینی دانشجویان دکترای تخصصی طب ایرانی، نقش مهمی در ساماندهی آموزش‌های بالینی رشته دکترای تخصصی طب ایرانی ایفا می‌کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective(s):</strong> In clinical education logbook plays an important role in improving the management of clinical education. In the internship courses 1 and 2, for Ph.D. degree in Persian Medicine, a collection of knowledge, competencies, and clinical skills is provided to the student. Since there is no similar degree to the Ph.D. in Persian Medicine[PM] with an approved educational program inside or outside the country, the implementation and evaluation of the internship period are not carried out uniformly in medical schools. The aim of the present study was to design a logbook to organize the provision of clinical education services and the evaluation of practical and clinical skills of PM students in this period.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted in two phases. To design the logbook, the work stages were carried out based on Glassick&#39;s criteria. Then, as second phase the required content was designed in the form of a checklist and examined, analyzed, and finalized in a series of expert panel sessions attended by PM faculty members in Iran.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> A total of 20 faculty members representing 20 medical universities that offer this course participated in the logbook design. After completing the work stages and reaching a consensus among experts, the logbook was designed in two areas: general competencies, including disease diagnosis and treatment processes, patient management, and professional ethics, and specialized competencies, including procedural skills such as dry and wet cupping, massage, venesection, leech therapy, and other expected methods.
