fa بررسی تاثیرات هوش مصنوعی بر مراقبت از سالمندان: یک مرورحیطه ای سلامت همگانی Public Health مروری Systematic Reviw <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> افزایش جمعیت سالمندان موجب گسترش استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در مراقبت‌های بهداشتی شده است. با این حال، ابهاماتی در مورد نقش و چالش‌های این فناوری وجود دارد. این مطالعه به بررسی تأثیرات هوش مصنوعی بر مراقبت از سالمندان می‌پردازد.<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""></span><br> <strong>مواد و روش کار: </strong>این پژوهش به روش مرور حیطه‌ای انجام شد. جستجو در پایگاه‌های PubMed، Web of Science و Scopus با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مناسب صورت گرفت. از میان ۳۸۱ مقاله بازیابی‌شده، پس از حذف موارد تکراری و غیرمرتبط، ۳۹ مقاله نهایی انتخاب شد. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل محتوا بررسی و طبقه‌بندی شدند.<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بیشترین مطالعات در آمریکا و اروپا انجام شده و در پنج محور اصلی دسته‌بندی شدند: ۱) مفاهیم پایه‌ای هوش مصنوعی، ۲) کاربرد در پیشگیری، تشخیص و درمان، ۳) توانبخشی و استقلال سالمند، ۴) سلامت روان، ۵) چالش‌ها و ملاحظات اخلاقی<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>هوش مصنوعی تأثیر مثبتی بر کیفیت زندگی و مراقبت از سالمندان داشته، اما چالش‌هایی چون حفظ حریم خصوصی، امنیت داده‌ها و مسئولیت‌پذیری همچنان مطرح است. برای بهره‌برداری مؤثر، تدوین سیاست‌ها، آموزش، هماهنگی بین‌بخشی و حفظ حقوق کاربران ضروری است.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective (s):</strong> Population aging has led to a growing adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in elderly healthcare worldwide. However, uncertainties remain regarding the types, roles, and challenges of AI in the daily lives of older adults. This study explores the impact of AI on the quality of life of the elderly and its associated ethical implications.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> A scoping review was conducted using PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus databases. Relevant studies published between 2018 and 2023 were retrieved using appropriate keywords. From an initial pool of 381 articles, 39 were selected after removing duplicates and irrelevant studies. The data were analyzed using content analysis and categorized accordingly.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Most studies were from the United States and European countries. The main themes were classified into five domains: (1) Definitions of core AI concepts (machine learning, deep learning, neural networks), (2) Applications in disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment (risk assessment, screening, clinical decision-making, research), (3) Rehabilitation and maintaining independence (wearable devices, smart homes, AI robots, smart vehicles), (4) AI in mental health care (diagnosing cognitive and psychological disorders, psychological training, conversational robots), and (5) Ethical challenges (potential errors, lack of personalization, ambiguity in accountability).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> AI has significantly improved the quality of life for older adults, particularly in healthcare and independent living. However, it also presents challenges such as privacy, data security, and accountability.
