fa ارزیابی سامانه نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی از منظر کاربران (مطالعه موردی: بیمارستان های تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی شهید بهشتی) مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Helath Services Management مطالعه موردی A Case Study <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>پیشبرد دیجیتالی شدن مراقبت‌های بهداشتی یکی از اهداف کلیدی قرن بیست و یکم برای سازمان سلامت جهان است. نسخه‌نویسی الکترونیکی، تولید الکترونیکی مبتنی بر رایانه، انتقال و پر کردن نسخه است که جای نسخه‌های کاغذی و فکس را می‌گیرد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> در این تحقیق کاربردی که به صورت مقطعی (پیمایشی) انجام شده&nbsp; جامعه آماری شامل پزشکان شاغل در مراکز درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات درمانی شهید بهشتی بود. حجم نمونه طبق فرمول کوکران برابر با ۲۸۸=n نفر محاسبه و پرسشنامه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب از طریق پیامک، ایمیل و سایر شبکه&shy; های اجتماعی در ۱۲ بیمارستان تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی شهید بهشتی برای پزشکان منتخب ارسال گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری متناسب استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه، نشان داد تفاوت میانگین میزان کاربردی بودن سامانه نسخه‌نویسی الکترونیکی از دیدگاه پزشکان با گروه‌های سنی مختلف با یکدیگر تفاوت معنی‌دار دارد به‌گونه‌ای که از دیدگاه پزشکان در رده سنی بالای ۵۰ سال کمتر از سه گروه دیگر بوده است. همچنین مشخص گردید رابطه میزان دوره&shy; های آموزشی و سطح کاربردی بودن سامانه نسخه‌نویسی الکترونیکی منفی و معنی&shy; دار است.<span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span><br> <strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> ارزیابی نظرات پزشکان حاکی از آن بود که ویژگی‌های موجود دارای اهمیت بالایی هستند اما سامانه به صورت کاربردی نمی‌تواند کاربران را اقناع نماید و پزشکان به صورت کاربردی نمی‌توانند از آن استفاده نمایند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Objective(s): </b>Promoting the digitalization of healthcare is one of the key goals of the 21st century for the World Health Organization. Electronic prescribing is the computer-based electronic production, transmission, and filling of prescriptions that replaces paper and fax prescriptions.</span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Methods</b>: The was a quantitative study. Two descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The descriptive statistical method was used to classify the subject groups in terms of various attributes and describe the characteristics of the population, mean, frequency percentage, etc., and in the analytical study, Pearson correlation and analysis of variance were used. The statistical population included physicians working in medical centers of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and Health Services in Tehran, Iran. The sample size was calculated according to the Cochran formula as n=288 and the questionnaire (online) was sent randomly via SMS, email, and other social networks.</span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Results</b>: The findings from one-way analysis of variance showed that the mean difference in the level of usability of the electronic prescription system from the perspective of physicians with different age groups was significantly different from each other, such that from the perspective of physicians in the age group over 50 years old, it was less than the other three groups.
