fa آسیب‌شناسی و تحلیل اجرای سند جامع استانی سلامت: یک مطالعه به روش کیفی مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Helath Services Management توصیفی Descriptive <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> سند جامع سلامت استان با محوریت کارگروه سلامت و امنیت غذایی استان و مشارکت دستگاه‌ ها و نهادهای مشارکت مردمی در دورۀ زمانیِ پنج ‌ساله تدوین شده است. این مطالعه با یک نگاه سیستمی به بررسی آسیب‌شناسی و اجرای سند مذکور پرداخت.<span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span><br> <strong>مواد و روش کار: </strong>مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی بود که به روش تحلیل محتوا در سال ۱۴۰۱ در استان یزد انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه، میزان پیشرفت سند جامع سلامت استان با هدف شناسایی مشکلات و راهکارهای سلامتی استان و ارائه مداخلات پیشنهادی برای ۵ سال آینده، ارزیابی شد. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با ۲۵ نفر از مدیران و صاحب نظران بخش های مختلف استان تا مرحله اشباع داده ها استفاده گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با نرم افزار MAXQDA ۱۲ انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>پس از انجام تحلیل محتوا، محتوای مصاحبه ها در ۸ طبقه اصلی و ۴۴ زیر طبقه دسته ‌بندی شد. همچنین مشکلات شایع استان در اولویت دهگانه شناسایی و مداخلات پیشنهادی برای اجرای بهتر سند به تفکیک هر یک از دستگاه&shy;های اجرایی تدوین شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>اصلاح نظام حکمرانی از پیش‌نیازهای کلیدی اجرای سند جامع سلامت استان یزد است و باید با تعهد و جدیت بیشتری نسبت به اصلاح ایرادات آن اقدام گردد. اجرای سند نیازمند استقرار یک تیم متخصص است که اختصاصاً روی اجرای سند تمرکز کرده باشد و با اختیارات کافی، پایش و نظارت بر عملکرد را در دستور کار قرار دهد.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective(s):</strong> Document and comprehensive health plan was compiled with the focus of the province&#39;s Health and Food Security High Council and the participation of public institutions and organizations in a five-year period. Therefore, this study conducted based on systemic view to deal with the analysis and implementation of the document.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This qualitative study was conducted in 2022 with content analysis method in Yazd province, Iran. This study included the evaluation of the progress of the province&#39;s comprehensive health plan with the aim of identifying the province&#39;s health problems and solutions and providing suggested interventions for the next 5 years. Participants were selected purposefully using the snowball approach. The data was collected via semi -structured interviews. After conducting 25 interviews with managers and experts, the data saturation was achieved. The data was analyzed using qualitative MAXQDA12 Software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The content of the interviews was categorized into 8 main categories and 44 subcategories. The common problems of the province in the ten priorities as well as the proposed interventions for the better implementation of the compiled document were identified according to the role of each executive body.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Reforming the governance system is one of the key prerequisites for the implementation of the comprehensive provincial health plan of the Yazd Province, Iran.
