fa تأثیر موانع زبان بر آموزش به بیمار: یک مرور دامنه‌ای مروری Systematic Reviw <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مقدمه:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">هدف از آموزش به بیمار ایجاد رفتارهای مثبت در بیمار است. با این وجود یکی از بزرگترین موانع در اجرای آموزش و ارتباط مؤثر با بیمار، تفاوت زبان بین بیمار و ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات مراقبت سلامت است. از این رو مطالعه مروری حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر موانع زبان برآموزش به بیمار در دنیا و ایران انجام شده است.</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مواد و روش کار:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">در این مطالعه مروری دامنه&rlm;ای، مطالعات با هر نوع طراحی</span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">در زمینه تأثیر موانع زبان برآموزش به بیمار، به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی، در محدودیت زمانی 2020-2010 و در بانک&rlm;های اطلاعاتی </span><span dir="LTR">PubMed,</span> <span dir="LTR">Embase,</span> <span dir="LTR">Scopus,</span> <span dir="LTR">Web of Science,</span> <span dir="LTR">ProQuest Science, DirectSpringer,Cochranelibrary,Google, Scholar,</span> ,<span dir="LTR">MagIran</span> <span dir="LTR">SID,</span> <span dir="LTR">Iran Doc,</span> ,<span dir="LTR">,Iran Medex</span> <span dir="LTR">Elmnet</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> با استفاده از کلید</span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">واژه‌های</span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">Communication Barriers, language barriers, communication, Patient education different language, Bi Language</span></span>&nbsp; <span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">Language obstacle<strong>,</strong></span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">و</span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">معادل</span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">فارسی</span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">آن‌ها&nbsp; جستجو شد.</span> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">یافته ها:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">از میان 8900 مطالعه بررسی شده، در نهایت 16 مطالعه وارد این بررسی شد. نتایج مطالعات بررسی شده </span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">ارتباط واضح بین مهارت محدود زبان و مشکل در ارتباط با بیمار و در پی آن ارائه آموزش مؤثر به بیمار را، صرف نظر از محل تحقیقات انجام شده، نشان داد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">نتیجه گیری</span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">:</span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">این امر قابل قبول است که بین مهارت زبانی و ارائه خدمات آموزشی به بیمار ارتباط نزدیکی وجود دارد، به طوریکه نداشتن مهارت زبانی کافی مانع برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با بیمار جهت ارائه خدمات آموزشی می&lrm;شود. با این وجود، محدودیت مطالعاتی که صرفاً تأثیر موانع زبانی بر آموزش مؤثر به بیمار را بررسی کرده باشد، مشهود بوده و لزوم&nbsp; انجام مطالعات بیشتر در این خصوص مطرح است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective (s):</strong> The purpose of patient education is creating positive behaviors.&nbsp; However, one of the biggest barriers of effective patient education and communication is differences of language between patients and health care providers. This study aimed to review the impact of language barriers on patient education worldwide. <strong><span dir="RTL"></span></strong><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this scoping review, papers both in Persian and English related to patient education language barriers were searched using the following databases: PubMed, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science, ProQuest, Science Direct, Springer, Cochrane library, Google Scholar, MagIran, SID, Iran Doc, IranMedex and Elmnet during 2010 to 2020. The keywords included communication barriers, language barriers, communication, patient education, Bi language, language obstacle in both Persian and English.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In all 8900 citations were retrieved. Of these 16 studies were relevant included in this study. The results of the studies showed a clear association between limited language skills and difficulty in communicating with patients and providing effective patient education, regardless of the research settings.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> There is a close relationship between language skills and the provision of educational services to the patient. Lack of sufficient language skills prevents effective communication with patients.
