fa سبک شناسی روشهای ارزیابی ارزیابان اعتباربخشی بیمارستان‌ها در ایران مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Helath Services Management توصیفی Descriptive <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>اعتباربخشی به عنوان یک راهبرد ارزشیابی کیفیت و ایمنی خدمات ارائه شده در مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی دارای چهار رکن اصلی حاکمیت، استاندارد، روش ارزیابی و ارزیابان است<span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB">.</span> اعتبار و ارزش این برنامه به میزان زیادی به عملکرد و رفتار ارزیابان بستگی دارد<span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB"> .</span>لذا، این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی سبک و روش‌های ارزشیابی ارزیابان اعتباربخشی بیمارستان ها انجام شد<span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB">.</span><span style="color:black"></span><br> <strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> در پژوهش کیفی حاضر 35 مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ارزیابان اعتباربخشی و تیم مدیریتی بیمارستان‌ها انجام شد. از روش تحلیل موضوعی برای تحلیل داده ها، استفاده شد. صحت و دقت سبک‌های شناسایی شده در یک پانل متخصصان بررسی و تایید شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> روش‌ها و شیوه‌های مورد استفاده ارزیابان در اعتباربخشی بیمارستان‌ها در قالب 6 سبک ارزشیابی قابل دسته بندی بود؛ شامل: ضابطه مند، سلیقه ای، مشارکتی، بازجویی، نظام مند، جستجوگر بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> سبک‌های شناسایی شده در این پژوهش می‌تواند در سازماندهی تیم‌های اثربخش ارزیابی و توزیع بهینه آنها نقش داشته و به نوعی موجب افزایش یادگیری و ارتقای توانمندی و مهارت های ارزیابان شود<span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB">.</span> همچنین، می‌توان تیم های ارزشیابی را برای محیط‌های سازمانی که با آن روبرو می شوند، هدفمند انتخاب نمود. توجه به نتایج این مطالعه توسط مدیران و سیاستگذاران حوزه اعتباربخشی می‌تواند به ایجاد نتایج مثبت در روند اعتباربخشی بیمارستان‌ها کمک نماید.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:black"><strong>Objective (s):</strong> An accreditation program aims to evaluate the quality and safety of services provided in health care organizations. Governance, standards, surveying methods and surveyors are the four main pillars of an accreditation program. Validity of an accreditation program depends largely on the performance and behavior of the surveyors. Therefore, this study seeks to identify the typology of styles and methods used by the hospitals accreditation surveyors.</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:black"><strong>Methods: </strong>This qualitative research was conducted using 35 purposeful semi-structured interviews with surveyors of the accreditation program and hospital managers. We employed thematic analysis method for data analysis. The insights from a panel of experts were then sought to verify the accuracy and precision of the styles.</span><span style="color:black"></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:black">Results:</span> </strong><span style="color:black">Overall six styles including mainly Disciplined, Personalized, Participatory, Interrogative, Systematic and Explorative were emerged to be practiced by the accreditation surveyors while evaluating the hospitals.</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:black"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Cognizance of surveyors&rsquo; style might play a role in organizing effective assessment teams and their optimal distribution in a way to enhance the learning and improve surveyors&#39; capabilities and skills. Moreover, it is possible to arrange the evaluation teams in a way to suit the surveyors&rsquo; encounter with various organizational environments.
